This notice explains what IB Partnerships does with the information you give on this website.

What we collect

When you send the partnership application we receive what you write in it: your name, your email address, your country, the ways you ask to be reached (Telegram, WhatsApp, a phone number) and your answers about your business.

With it we keep the time you sent it, the page or campaign that brought you here, the country your connection came from, and a one-way fingerprint of your connection’s address, which lets us stop abuse of the form. We do not keep the address itself.

How we count visits

We count visits to this website ourselves, without cookies and without sending anything to another company. A visit is noted with the page, the time, the country, the kind of device and the page or campaign that led here. Visitors are told apart for one day only, by a fingerprint that changes every night, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next. These notes are kept for ninety days.

Why we use it

To read your application, to answer you where you asked to be reached, and to introduce you to the broker whose partnership programmes this website presents. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the application, and on our legitimate interest in answering it.

Who receives it

The people who handle applications for us, and the broker to whose programme you are introduced. Our team is told about a new application by email and by a messaging service, so your application passes through those services and through the company that hosts this website.

Messages after you apply

After you apply we may write to you about your application: by email, and on Telegram or WhatsApp if you gave us a number there or opened our assistant. Some of these messages are sent automatically. They stop when you answer, when your application moves on, or when you ask: every such email carries a link that stops them, and on Telegram or WhatsApp you can send STOP. Messages sent through Telegram or WhatsApp are handled by those services under their own terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as your application or your partnership is active, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the partner team, through the application on this website.
