Risk disclosure

Trading CFDs and other leveraged products involves a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. A high percentage of retail investor accounts lose money. A client can lose the whole of the money deposited.

For partners

If you introduce clients, say so plainly to them, describe the risks fairly, and do not promise returns. The rules on promoting financial products differ from country to country; you are responsible for following those that apply where you and your clients are.

Where clients can be based

The broker does not accept clients who are resident in certain jurisdictions, among them the European Union, the United States of America, Canada, China, India, Japan, Russia and Switzerland. The full list is provided with the programme terms.
